Youth killed in road mishap in West Delhi

A 26-year-old man was killed in a road accident in West Delhi’s Paschim Vihar area, police said on Monday.

The victim, identified as Rohit, was a resident of North-west Mangolpuri area and worked at a banquet. The incident happened around 1 am on the intervening night of December 6-7 while Rohit was returning home from work, police said. “As he reached Rohtak Road, his bike was hit by a vehicle and his head hit the road divider when he fell off due to impact,” a police officer said.
