Youth found dead under mysterious circumstances in 5-star Gzb hotel

Mystery shrouded over the death of a 25-year-old youth who was found hanging in a room in Radisson Blu hotel in <g data-gr-id="14">Ghazibad’s</g> Kaushambi area. Police said that prima facie it appears a suicide case but have not ruled out a murder angle as he was found hanging from a ventilator while his female partner with whom he was sharing the room, is yet to appear before the police. The body has been sent for postmortem.

Police said that incident came to light late evening when the hotel staff informed them about the death of Abhishek, under mysterious circumstances in room no 426. The police, during <g data-gr-id="18">initial</g> investigation, found that he was a resident of Shahdara and had come to the hotel with a female friend. His father, Ashok, runs a hotel business in Delhi. “We have registered a case and have sent the body for postmortem. Though it appears a case of alleged suicide but we are investigating it from other angles. We have been scanning CCTV footage and are questioning hotel staff. The family members of the deceased have also been informed,” said an official investigating the matter.
