Worrying is my natural inclination: Reese

“Wild” actress Reese Witherspoon says it is her natural inclination to worry about everything.

The 39-year-old star said she finds it difficult to find time for herself, reported Femalefirst. “The most difficult thing for me is finding time for myself to just relax and not worry about things, which is my natural inclination. I like to walk in nature, where it’s peaceful and calm. That’s been my form of therapy as an adult,” she said. But Witherspoon insists she doesn’t “stress” about juggling her family and career.

“It can get chaotic sometimes, but whether you’re working a lot or not, life with children will always be a bit unpredictable. All mothers have a lot to deal with, and I’ve been doing it since I was 22 and Ava was born.”
