Will go extra mile to ensure smooth budget session: Govt

The Central government on Wednesday said it will go the extra mile to seek the cooperation of all in ensuring a smooth and productive Budget Session of Parliament, which is set to kick off next week. ‘It will be a smooth and productive session. We want cooperation of all. It will be a session that will transact a good amount of business,’ minister of state for parliamentary affairs, Prakash Javadekar, said. Quoting PM Narendra Modi, he said, ‘We want cooperation of all and will go the extra mile to get it.’
