Weekend cultural fest

Series of events under the banner of Dilli Haat Utsav have come out as the most sought after cultural delight for people every weekend. Visitors in large numbers come to witness the entertaining evenings unfold at Dilli Haats.

Dilli Haat Utsav, which began on September 13 and has been showcasing India’s cultural diversity through forms of creative and artistic expression, presented by artistes from diverse backgrounds.

This unique initiative of Delhi Tourism has been happening in collaboration with Department of Art, Culture and Languages, Government of Delhi, with participation of institutions like Sahitya Kala Parishad, Hindi Academy, Urdu Academy, Punjabi Academy etc.


Delhi Tourism has been providing an elaborate platform to artistes for unfolding their talent before huge number of audience, who are spending their weekends at Dilli Haats.

This weekend’s performances focused on music and dance presentations by artistes from Sahitya Kala Parishad, Punjabi Academy and Sanskrit Academy.

More than being an elaborate venue for crafts and cuisines, Dilli Haats have come out as entertaining venues with weekly cultural programs. The initiative also aims to strengthen options for cultural delights in the city.
