Web designer ends life, blames employer for death

A 30-year-old web designer allegedly jumped to death from the fourth floor of a shopping complex in the city on Saturday. 

Vijay Veer Singh, a resident of Madhya Pradesh, jumped to death from Galleria shopping complex in Sector 29, police said. Singh left a suicide note, accusing his employer and a woman of harassing him. 

The police have registered a case of abatement of suicide against two persons, including his employer Aditya. Singh worked at Aditya’s web designing company for the last one year, police said.  Sources said Aditya and the woman employee often harassed Singh. 

Singh was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead.  “We have recovered a suicide note from his possession and have registered a case against Aditya and his girlfriend,” said SHO of Sector 29 police station Ashok Kumar.
