‘We are inspired by Western urbanisation, Eastern values’

The KV Group has always tried to deliver quality products to its customers. It is because of this customer-centric approach that one of its companies, KV Aromatics Pvt Ltd, is today among the top three mint and menthol extractors globally. Backed by this strong legacy of setting benchmarks, the group is foraying into real estate sector with its sovereign KV Developers.

The diversification into the realty sector was natural because our family has a long history in zamindaari tradition. In 1920, my great grandfather, Shri Brijbhushan Saran ji, laid the foundation of the group by owning and managing multitude acres of land in Moradabad / Sambhal region and, thereby, earning trust and respect of people. So it would not be an exaggeration to say that realty business is in our blood. We are just following into the footsteps of our ancestors but more professionally.

In my opinion there are similarities in both the businesses — mint extraction and real estate as well. Both are volatile markets where you have to deliver the product on stipulated time irrespective of the cost escalations or you lose your market value as a brand and trust of the customers.

The basic strong fundamentals of commitment, trust, timely deliveries backed with good quality forms the core of the KV Group’s philosophy. KV Developers believes in the adage, ‘Where Trust is Tradition’.

We are inspired by the ‘urbanisation’ of the West and the ‘values’ of the east. When I talk about urbanisation, it means getting inspiration from the west in terms of technology, designs and project management.

Values are what we have inherited from our ancestors and that reflects in our name as well K.V.Developers where K symbolises my mother’s name Mrs Kamlesh Agarwal and V stands for my father’s name Shri Vinod Agarwal.

KVD with its futuristic outlook is soon going to launch its project KVD WindPark. KVD WindPark is going to be the benchmark product displaying our rich industrial background, work commitment and quest for quality.

There has been meticulous planning for minute things in the project. L-shaped verandas, balconies facing park or roadside or European style light-effects all came after long hours of discussions and as part of futuristic planning to give customers nothing, but the best.

Spread over approximately five acres, the project will have around seven towers with units varying from 2BHK, 3BHK and 3BHK + Servant room spanning an area of approximately 995 to 1,505 sq ft per unit.

KVD Windpark offers one of the largest open areas in each apartment; with exclusive L-shaped verandas opening towards windpark or road side and east-facing Vaastu compliant plot.
The KVD Windpark master plan has been uniquely designed in a manner to provide wide wind corridor for optimum air circulation & cross ventilation with concept which will be beautifully-landscaped with one of the best design firms specializing in this domain.

The project work is being managed by Colliers International – one among the world’s top 10 project management consultants and designed by C P Kukreja Associates, a world-renowned, multi-disciplinary ISO-certified architecture & engineering firm.

Besides strong business affiliations and an ISO 9001:2008 certification, KVD is a member of key industry bodies such as Credai, Assocham, Naredco and BAI. Aware of its environmental responsibilities, KVD plans to adopt green-building norms for all its projects and ensure the highest safety measures as per standard operating procedures of Colliers International.

Backed by best-in-class partnerships and clear strategic goals, KVD constantly explores opportunities to expand its realty business to other areas of Delhi NCR like the Noida Expressway, Yamuna Expressway and Gurgaon, in the luxury and mid-segment category.

I am sure that the honesty, with which we have approached this project, be it in terms of planning, taking necessary clearances, commitment for timely delivery; we will be able to provide a futuristic residence to our customers and to the coming generations.
