Water supply in city to be affected

Water supply on Saturday and Sunday will be hit in major parts of the city due to flushing programme of underground reservoirs and booster pumping stations. Delhi Jal Board (DJB) on Friday said that water shall not be available or available at low pressure in most parts of Delhi on account of routine maintenance work. The Delhi Jal Board has suggested residents to store sufficient quantity of water in advance as per their requirement. It has also said that water tankers will be made available if area residents reports on concerned numbers.
