US condemns killing of Indian soldiers

"We strongly condemn the terror attack in Uri. Our thoughts are with the families of the brave soldiers who lost their lives," US Ambassador to India Richard Verma said in a tweet. 

Terrorists sneaked into an army camp at Uri early on Friday and killed 17 soldiers in the worst attack on a military centre in the state in a decade.
