Unhappy over delay in report, says green tribunal

The National Green Tribunal on Monday took exception over non-submission of status report by the Delhi government on the steps taken by it to tackle diseases like dengue and chikungunya in the national Capital. 

“It is very unfortunate and sad that in such a serious matter like this you have failed to file status report despite our direction. The people here are suffering, you should consider this fact at least,” a Bench headed by NGT Chairperson Justice Swatanter Kumar observed.
