Uber: Cabbie in cop custody again over forged docs

Uber cab driver Shiv Kumar Yadav, who allegedly raped a woman in his cab on December 5 night, was taken to police custody again on Wednesday to be interrogated again about the forged document he had submitted at RTO Burari.
On Sunday, the financer, Sumit Kumar, who arranged the forged document, named a person who could be a tout with sources at the Regional Transport Office at North Delhi’s Burari. The person was however not named by police as Yadav was yet to identify him, said a source. our correspondent
On December 8, Yadav was sent to a 14 days judicial custody by a Delhi court.
For the forged document case, later that night, a case under sections 466, 468 and 471 of IPC was registered at the Burari police station. Police also stated that the RTO was also under scanner.
