Two held for abducting Guj man who came to Delhi to buy car

Crime Branch has arrested two criminals who had abducted a resident from Bhuj, after he was called to Delhi on the allurement of providing him a car at very low price.

The accused have been identified as Javed and Mosam, both residents of Rajasthan.
According to police, one Vilji Bhai, a resident of Bhuj in Gujarat, reached Delhi after receiving calls on his mobile from some unknown persons, who told him that they would arrange a car for him at a very low price. 

On finding it a lucrative offer, he reached Delhi on December 21, where he met one person, who took him to Palwal on the pretext of showing him car.

On reaching Palwal, he noticed that five to six persons were already present there on two bikes and on sensing danger, he refused to go further. 

He was forcefully taken to a secluded place. After that, they started beating him and demanded a ransom of Rs 5 lakh from his son by making calls to him. The accused also took away Rs 20,000 and his mobile phone. 

The next day, one person came there and alerted them that Delhi Police had raided that area. 
After hearing this, they ran away from there and the complainant reached his home by train, police said.

After receiving a police complaint, teams were formed. Initially two accused — Taufiq and Sunny were arrested in August and on Wednesday other two accused were arrested.
