Two brothers murdered by kin

On Thursday, during a conflict two brothers were shot dead by their brother-in-law. Four people were also injured. Out of the four injured, one's condition is critical.
Ghaziabad police have detained five people and an inquiry has begun. According to Om Prakash, who was injured during the incident, he had visited his brother-in-law's family in Nupur village. There he had a conflict with his brother-in-law, who according to Om Prakash, was responsible for the marriage breakup of Om Prakash's sister-in-law.
'Heated arguments soon turned ugly and resulted in double murder. Om Prakash was joined by his two brothers, Raj and Sanjeev, who were shot by their brother-in-law in anger,' said a police officer.
While the fight ensued, four other people who were there were also injured. All of them were rushed to Ganga Ram Hospital. Raj and Sanjeev were declared brought dead and others were hospitalised for further treatment.
