Trial run of app on feedback of DDA flats launched

As promised earlier, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), on Thursday informed of developing the mobile application for taking feedback regarding construction quality and maintenance services of DDA flats. The authority informed that the prototype application has been uploaded at the URL dda.org.in/suggfeed and on the link “suggestion for feedback application” on DDA’s website.

The DDA officials informed that the feedback form has been uploaded and public have been requested to give their suggestions regarding various parameters on which the feedback is proposed to be taken. 

The parameters are external finishing of block/facade, finishing of walls, flooring of toilets/bathrooms and flooring of rooms.

“The DDA, through public suggestions, is requesting to know as to whether more parameters should be included or any changes in the nomenclature are required in the parameters. 

“The suggestions have to be given up to 100 characters on the feedback form so that necessary changes can be made in the final application as and when fully developed,” the official said.
