TMC to take out rally against CPI(M)

Accusing CPI(M)-led Left Front of trying to disturb the peace in the state, ruling Trinamool Congress on Saturday said it will take out a rally on October 6 to protest against it.

Announcing the party’s programme, TMC secretary general Partha Chatterjee said, “We have been noticing for the last few months that CPI(M) is trying to disturb the peaceful atmosphere in the state. They are trying to create violence.

“We can’t let this <g data-gr-id="13">go on</g>. So we have decided to organise a rally of TMC councillors, MLAs and leaders from College Street to Rani Rashmoni Road on October 6. We want to expose CPI(M) and its agenda before the masses.”
