Television ratings important, says Ashutosh

Filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker says television ratings are important but he can’t take advantage of it for Everest as he has already shot all the episodes of the TV show.
Unlike films, the makers get scope to change the story line on TV depending on the ratings. ‘Television rating is important because you get to know how many people watch your film. We can’t make use of it (high ratings) for Everest as we have already shot the entire episodes. We can’t take advantage of it but it’s important,’ said Gowariker who has produced the show.
