Pop star Taylor Swift has confirmed that her mother Andrea Swift has been diagnosed with cancer.
In a post on her Tumblr, Swift, 25, said she wants to keep ‘the details of her condition and treatment plans private,’ but urged fans to remind their parents to get some medical check-up for early diagnosis, reported Ace Showbiz.
“I’m saddened to tell you that my mom has been diagnosed with cancer. I’d like to keep the details of her condition and treatment plans private, but she wanted you to know,” so read the Blank Spaces hitmaker’s blog post on Tumblr.
