The much awaited, Palate Fest is back in the capital with its spring foodfiesta - NDMC Palate Mini 2015. This festival brings the experience of dining, entertainment, cooking classes and workshops and food market alive for the Delhi audiences. The three day gastronomic affair is scheduled for March 13, 14 and 15 at Nehru Park.
Owing its inception to the huge success of the annual New Delhi Palate Festival 2014 – the biggest food festival in India - and to its popular encoring demand, NDMC Palate Mini 2015 is an attempt at pacifying the capital’s hunger until the next annual Palate Fest.
With 15 of Delhi’s top restaurants, 30 Gourmet Market vendors and live entertainment, NDMC Palate Mini 2015 makes a great day out in the park to unwind with family or friends.
“NDMC is constantly looking to bring Delhi at par with world-class cities in terms of public amenities. This festival gives everyone- families, tourists, veterans, children - a chance to unwind and enjoy a day out in the park,” added Jalaj Srivastava, Chairperson NDMC.
The festival showcases at least 15 cafes and has tied-up with popular names in the culinary space like The Leela Palace Delhi, Indigo Deli, Royal China, Smokey’s, Hyderabad Café, Punjab Grill Café, Sakae Sushi, Zambhar Coastal Café, Alaturka, Fat Lulu’s, FIO, Wok In The Clouds, Elma’s Kitchen.
