The bar is endowed with a unique concept which revolves around an indoor-outdoor setting that keeps the ambience dynamic, casual and friendly. The hotel has roped in international mixologist Mario Gonzalez Cabildo along with Gaurav Dhyani to curate exquisite cocktails at Grappa.
