Pop sensation gave her cancer patient fan the best Christmas gift when she visited her.

The 26-year-old Bad Blood hitmaker was on way back home for festival holidays when she decided to pay a surprise visit to Delaney Clements, reported E! online.“Literally speechless right now!!!!! My new best friend (as I call her now ) made a special stop from going home to Tennessee and surprised me and gave me the best present/ hugg ever!! Thank you !! I love you!! Happy holidays!!,” Delaney wrote on Instagram along with a picture of her and Swift.
