Sunny day in the national capital

It was a sunny day in the national Capital with the mercury settling three notches above normal while high humidity levels troubled Delhiites. “The maximum temperature was recorded at 37 degree Celsius, three notches above normal while the minimum was recorded at 26 degree Celsius, two notches above normal for this time of the year,” a MeT official said.

Humidity levels oscillated between 94 and 63 per cent. The maximum and minimum temperatures for Friday are expected at 35 and 25 degree Celsius. Partly cloudy sky and very light rain or drizzle is also forecast for Friday, the official said. 

On Wednesday, the maximum temperature settled at 37.4 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was recorded at 27 degree Celsius.
