Tuna & Avocado Tartare

Ingredient


Tuna 60 gm
Avocado 90 gm
Onion 15 gm
Soy sauce 5 ml
Salt 1 gm
Lemon juice 10 ml
Rice cracker 6 No.
Chop tuna & season with soy sauce–keep it separate
Finely chop avocado add lemon juice, salt & onion to it.
Place a ring mould spread avocado mixture evenly.
Then, place smaller ring mould, place seasoned chop tuna.
Arrange slices of avocado on tuna.
Garnish it with a tuna cube.
Serve it with rice crisp.
