Pista Lauj Recipe

Total Time 60 minutes
Pistachio 1 kg
Grain Sugar 800 gms
In a Pan, prepare a sugar syrup with equal parts of Sugar and water
Thicken it to a consistency where in balls can be made out of it.
Boil the pistachio separately and then chop it finely.
Mix the pistachios with the thickened sugar syrup.
Now spread it on a steel tray evenly and let it cool.
Cut it in desired shape after it cools down and serve garnished with slivered pistachios.
