PARDA PANEER
Ingredients
Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 1,000 gm
Green Chilli 50 gm
Ginger 50 gm
Garlic 50 gm
Dhania 30 gm
Garam Masala 30 gm
Desi Ghee 60 ml
Khoya Pindi 50 gm
Cashew Nut 20 gm
Raisin 20 gm
Cardamom Powder 5 gm
Javitri Powder 05 gm
Spinach 300 gm
Cumin 20 gm
Royal Cumin 20 gm
Salt to taste
Preparation
Cut cottage cheese into small pieces. Keep it aside until water comes out. Make stuffing with khoya, green chilli, ginger and dhania. Stuff the cheese equally, seared on a hot plate. Take a pan, put desi ghee tempered with royal cumin. Add sliced onion, cashew nuts and fresh spinach. Grind the mixture into a fine paste. Take a pan. Put the mixture and add garam masala, javitri powder and salt. Cook it properly. Place stuffed cottage cheese in a plate. Pour hot sauce and serve hot.
