ORANGE & CUCUMBER SALAD with  HONEY HUNG CURD DIP
Ingredients:
Orange :02 no
Cucumber :01 no
Cherry Tomato :06 no
Green Bell
Pepper :01 no
Hung Curd :40 gms
Honey :05 gms
Parsley :02 gms
Salt :to taste

Method:
Peel and cut cucumber and orange into dices. Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the bell peppers. Mix all the diced ingredients together. Beat together hung curd, honey, salt and chopped parsley. Toss it onto the salad, mix thoroughly and serve cold.
