MURGH PALAK KE KEBAB

INGREDIENTS :
Chicken boneless 250gm
Spinach 50gm
Chopped green chilli 5 gm
Chopped coriander 5 gm
Garlic 5 gm
Ginger chopped 5 gm
Salt As per taste
Black pepper 2 gm
Oil For frying
Garam masala 5 gm
Cardamom powder 2 gm
Crushed cumin powder 2 gm
Cheese 50 gm

METHOD :
Clean the boneless chicken properly, cut it into small dices and keep aside. Add remaining ingredients, chopped green chilli, ginger & garlic, chopped green coriander, cheese and shredded spinach. Make fine mince of chicken and add seasoning spices, cardamom powder, garam masala and salt. Make small chicken patties and cook it in hot oven for 5-8 minutes. Serve hot Chicken Kebab with mint chutney.
