Pre heat oven to 400-450 degrees. Amply butter 2 cups and flour of standard muffin tin. Dust with granulated sugar. Tap out the excess flour and sugar and placed it on a baking sheet. Now, using double boiler, over simmering water, melt butter with the chocolate. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with egg yolks, sugar, salt and flour at high speed until thickened and pale.
Now fold it into the chocolate. Divide batter evenly among prepared muffin cups. Place muffin tin on a baking sheet and bake it for 12 minutes. turn out cakes, and place on serving plates served it with whipped cream.
