Mix Fruit Chaat

Ingredients

Pineapple (peeled)1/2

Watermelon (peeled)1/4

Apples (peeled)1/4

Pears2

Green Apples2

Muskmelon1/4

Plums (deseeded & quartered)2

Strawberries (halved)4-5

Cumin Seeds1 tsp

Black Saltto taste

Mint Leaves (fresh)4 sprigs

Lemon Juice1 tbsp

Chaat Masala2 tbsp

Pomegranate Seeds¼

Preparation

Cut pineapple, plums, strawberries, watermelon, pears, apples, green apples and muskmelon into one-inch-sized pieces. Put all the cut fruits in a big bowl. Roast cumin seeds nicely and grind them. Add black salt, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice, chaat masala to the fruit chaat bowl and mix them well.

Refrigerate the fruit chaat for 10 minutes. Put the chaat in a fruit or a vegetable cup (as shown in the picture). Garnish the fruit chaat with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.
