MINI ORANGE CAKE

Ingredients

Castor Sugar 50 gm

Orange Juice 30 ml

Refined Flour 100 gm

Egg 1

Baking Powder a pinch

Butter 5 gm

Orange Essence few drops


Preparation

Sieve flour and baking powder together. Melt butter, mix together with sugar, essence, beaten egg and flour. Add in the orange juice. Prepare a smooth batter and pour the same into mini cups or moulds. Microwave for 2 minutes. Once removed from microwave oven, brush with sugar syrup. Garnish with chocolate or sweetened vermicelli or whipped cream.
