Matcha Ice Cream

Ingredients

Egg 2

Heavy Cream 30 ml

Milk 180 ml

Matcha Powder 2 gm

Vanilla Pods 1 gm


Method

Heat milk in a pot. Add sugar to hot milk and whisk it. Add eggs and matcha powder. Pour the mixture into a ice cream churner and follow the instructions on it's manual book.
