KADHAI PANEER PIZZA
Ingredients
Paneer 100 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
Mustard Oil 1 tbsp
Onion 1 large
Capsicum (sliced) 1 medium
Tomato (sliced) 1 large
Pizza Sauce 6 tbsp
Pizza Cheese (grated) 150 gm
Pizza Herbs 1 tsp
For the dough
Wheat 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Fresh Yogurt 4 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Preparation
For the topping
In a large mixing bowl combine paneer with salt, haldi, garam masala, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and mustard oil. Give it a good mix and ensure the paneer is well coated with the masala. Once done remove the paneer. In the same mixing bowl add the onion and capsicum; mix them really well with the masala. Preheat a pan over high heat and then add the paneer, cut into small cubes, and give it a quick toss for one minute, to get the smoky flavour in the paneer. Once done remove and set aside. Add the onions and capsicum, toss over high heat. Add the sliced tomatoes to the onions and capsicum and give it a stir. Once done, remove and set aside in a plate.
For assembling
Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the lachha parantha, also spread the grated cheese evenly. Add the vegetable topping and then the paneer. Sprinkle some pizza herb and top it with more cheese. Bake the pizza for 10 minutes over medium temperature in the oven. The pizza is ready to serve!
