Egg yolk 01 no

Mix berry compote 60 Gms

Whipped cream 100gms

Fresh berries 20 Gms

Mango (peeled and cut) 01 no

Kiwi (peeled and cut) 01 no

1. In a double boiler, beat egg yolk and sugar together…Add it to Whipped cream

2. Add layer of mixture along with berry compote and fresh berries.

3. Garnish with berries, fresh fruits and mint.

4. Arrange it on a platter with fruits.
