Gulab Jamun Shikanji

INGREDIENTS

Jamun fresh1 cup

Black salt2 tsp

Roasted cumin powder1 tsp

Black pepper powder1 tbsp

Sugar1/2 tbsp

Lemon juice1 tbsp


Method

Combine fresh jamun de-seeded, black salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder and sugar all together. Add lemon juice and let them steep for a few minutes in the liquid, then just before serving. top up the glasses with the fizzy lime.
