Ginger Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

-Be Coconut Water

-Cucumber (sliced)½ cup

-Baby spinach½ cup

-Green apple (sliced)½

-Parsley (fresh)½

-Ginger 3 slices

Preparation

Combine sliced cucumber, green apple, baby spinach, parsley and ginger in a blender. Blend again after adding coconut water. Serve chilled.
