Fish & Chips with Tartar sauce

Ingredients

Basa Fillet 3 slice

Lemon Juice10 ml

Mustard Sauce10 ml

Egg1

Oil50 ml

All-Purpose Flour50 g

Bread Crumbsone cup

Saltto taste

Black Pepper (ground)to taste

Lemon Wedgesto garnish

Fries50 g

Tartar Sauceto serve

Preparation

Mix all the marination ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then marinate 3 slices of fish pieces and refrigerate it for an hour. After marinating cover the fish pieces with bread crumbs, ensuring to coat evenly. Pour oil deep fry it at 180°C for 4-5 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with tartar sauce and fries.
