Fish burger

Ingredients

Burger bun 1 no.
Butter 10 gms
Fried fish
Fillet /crumbs 2 pcs.(180 Gms)/50 gms
Shredded iceberg 10 gms
Tomato salsa 30 gms
Jalapenos slices 10 gms
Guacamole 30 gms
Black and green olive 1 no. Each
French fries 75 gms
Oil (for frying) 60 ml
Lettuce head 1 no.
Wasabi aioli 45 gms
Method:
Cut burger bun in 2, toast and apply butter. Crumb & fry fish fillet and french fries.
Arrange lettuce, then tom. Salsa, jalapenos slices on bottom of bun. Place fish on top of bun & top with guacamole, cover with top half of bun and spike an olive stick. Serve with fries, lettuce head,wasabi aioli.
