Dumdama Fish Curry

Ingredients

Fish300 g

Onion (chopped) 200 g

Tomato (chopped)200 g

Chilli Powder100 g

Jeera Powder50 g

Coriander Powder50 g

Coriander (chopped)60 g

Jeera40 g

Saltto taste

Oil150 ml

Preparation

Heat oil. Add jeera, onion and tomato. Sauté it. Add salt, jeera powder, coriander powder, chilli powder. Add fish and sauté it for some time. Add water and simmer till cooked. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve with steamed rice.
