Cool pink wonder

INGREDIENTS
Salt a pinch
Simple syrup 15 ml
Watermelon puree 60 ml
Fresh mint leaves 8-10
Ice cubes 6-8

METHOD
In a cocktail shaker – muddle the mint leaves with a pinch of salt, fill it with ice. Add simple syrup and watermelon puree. Pour the drink into a glass. Top up with club soda and garnish with mint sprig.
