Cheese and Herbs Loaded Nachos with Refried Beans

Ingredients
Cornitos Cheese and Herbs
Nacho Crisps150 g Pack
Cornitos Refried beans175 g
Avocado cubes50 g
Lettuce100 g
Tomatoes deseeded & diced50 g
Mint Leaves10 g
Grated Cheddar Cheese150 g
Sliced Jalapeno50 g
Sliced Black Olives50 g
Diced Red Bell Pepper50 g
Cornitos Chunky Pineapple Salsa330 g
Sour Cream20 g
Garlic cloves2 finely chopped
Cumin seeds10 g
Onion50 g finely
chopped
Smoked Paprika10 g
Salt to taste
Method
Place lettuce at base of the platter, and arrange a layer of Cheese and Herbs Nacho Crisps on top.
Layer the Refried beans and other chopped veggies over Nacho Crisps and Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese.
Repeat the same layering procedure till a four to five layer Nacho Crisp pyramid is created. Season it well.
Place the platter in a preheated oven for 45 seconds till cheese melts.
Garnish with dollop of sour cream and mint.
Serve hot with Cornitos Chunky Pineapple Salsa
