Braised Jackfruit & Goat Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients:
Jackfruit180 gms
Goat Cheese20gm
Cheddar Cheese30gm
Jalapeno5gm
Refried Bean30 gm
Tortilla1
Honey Mustard
Glaze80gms
To be served with:
Sour Cream
Corn Black Bean Salsa
Goat Cheese
Roasted Salsa & Guacamole

Method:
1. Boil the jackfruit 2. Once done, cook the jackfruit in honey mustard glaze along with fajita spice & cajun spice . Keep aside 3. Grill the jalapenos 3. Take tortilla sheet. On top of it place the refried beans spread.
4. Now take the cooked jackfruit, place it on tortilla.
5. Now add burnt jalapenos and boiled black beans.
6. Now roll the tortilla and cut it into two parts. Now grill the tortilla on both sides.
On top of the tortilla, spread roasted salsa and guacamole. Top it up with freshly grated goat cheese. Serve hot with Sour Cream & Corn Black Bean Salsa
