BARBEQUED PORK SPARE RIBS

Ingredients

Pork spare ribs 300 gm

BBQ Sauce 60 gm

Dark Soya 5 ml

Ginger Garlic paste 5 gm

Corn Syrup 25 gm

Tomato Ketchup 15 gm

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Mirin 25 ml

Sake 10 ml

Pork Stock 3 ltr


Prepration

Marinate all the ingredients together in a braising dish and pour the pork stock over it. Pre heat oven at 160o C. Place the pork

ribs in the oven for 2.5 hours. Once cooked, take the ribs out and reduce the sauce separately. To serve, sauté the ribs in the

reduced sauce and serve with salad and fries.
