Apple Halwa

COOKING TIME: 30 MINS
Ingredients:
Peeled Apple1kg
Sugar300gms
Khoya300gms
Desi Ghee300ml
Green Cardamom
Powder 20gms
Pista20gms
Method:
Peel the apple and grate them. In a Kadhai, heat desi ghee then sauté the apple till brown in color. Now add sugar and cook it further till the sugar melts and gets dried up. Now add grated khoya to it and stir it, then finish it with cardamom powder. Serve hot and garnish it with slivered pista.
