Storm claims two lives in Delhi

Two persons, including a 25-year-old woman, were killed in separate incidents of wall collapse in the capital in the last 24 hours, police said on Sunday. Both the mishaps took place during last evening’s heavy rains and storm.
In the first incident, 20-year-old Abishek died when he came under the debris of a wall collapse in Nihal Vihar.
The youth had gone to Nihal Vihar to meet his relatives. He was roaming around the area when the wall collapsed. ‘He got trapped and died on the spot,’ police said.
A woman, identified as Guddi, was killed when a similar incident took place in Rohini, Sector 9. Her husband Ram Sahay suffered minor injuries in the incident.
