On the occasion of Christmas festival, Spencer’s has introduced a fascinating range of breads which are the special food in countries like Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Hungary and France.
Spencer had put up a unique stall at South City Mall which will display bread-baking where the Spenser authorities had announced their plan to introduce various types of bread which were not available in the city.
Spencer’s Chief Chef Arup Kumar Dastidar is proud of the German Dark Rye and Sour Dough Bread weighing more than 3 kg. One of the attractions this season would be Spenser’s live bakery, where breads would be baked in front of the customers. The five bread are Farmer Bread (Germany), Basler Bread (Switzerland), Honey Walnut Ring (Hungary), Focaccia (Italy) and Baguette (France).
