SIT to revisit mystery death of consultant

In the ongoing investigation into the corporate espionage case, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) may now revisit the mysterious death of Yogesh Garg, the CEO of Infraline Energy in a queer accident on a Meerut airstrip  in 2012.

On Monday,  Lokesh Sharma (33) an employee of Infraline Energy was arrested by the Delhi Police Crime Branch for procuring highly classified documents from the ministries.

By Garg’s own admission, in a note issued to a PR firm —Creative Crest, Infraline dealt with information, research and advisory company in the energy sector specialising in Oil & Gas, Power and related domains.

According to sources, “There could be a link between the mysterious death of Yogesh Sharma and the corporate espionage racket. The team will contact Meerut police and will access the details of the accident.” Garg was killed in May 2012 allegedly while clicking snaps of  his new flying machine’s first lift-off in Meerut.

“The pilot of the two-seater micro light aircraft was arrested and a case against Pankh Aviation was registered in Partapur police station,” the source added.
