Shah Rukh all alone on Eid

While most people spent the day with family and gorging on biryani and qorma, superstar Shah Rukh Khan was left all alone on Eid. Only a day before he had expressed the desire to celebrate Eid with his family, but that was not to be for the busy actor who is shooting for his upcoming film, an untitled romance by Yash Chopra, in the scenic Ladakh.
‘All alone on Eid... on a thin winding road. Nowhere and everywhere. Just gave myself a hug after a long time. Will celebrate with happy winds,’ the superstar posted on microblogging site Twitter on Monday.
Work commitments for the last schedule of his new film didn’t allow him to travel home. Shah Rukh, who reportedly plays an army man in the film, himself suggested that some portions should be shot in Ladakh. The movie, slated for a 13 November release, also stars Katrina Kaif.
