Selfie with Gandhiji: Main attraction at Khadi Pavilion

The huge statue of Mahatma Gandhi at the main entrance of the pavilion for Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) has become a major attraction among visitors to the Trade Fair at Pragati Main for taking ‘Selfie with Gandhiji’. “This is the first time we have installed a large statue of Gandhiji at the main entrance for taking ‘selfie with Gandhiji’. 

This has become a hotspot of the pavilion, as people from all age groups are visiting and taking selfies with Gandhiji in different poses,” said spokesperson of KVIC. It’s for the first time 200 participants — artisans, craftsmen and khadi institutions from across the country have put up their most exclusive products in the pavilion. KVIC, Union Ministry of Micro Samll and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is participating in the 36th edition of IITF.
