SBI’s exposure to sector Rs 4,130-cr

SBI said it has exposure of about Rs 4,100 crore to firms that will be impacted by the Supreme Court order on coal blocks. SBI Chairperson Arundhati Bhattacharya said loans extended to the power plants would not become NPA as the government had indicated it would make arrangement to provide coal linkage.
