Rumour case: Arrest may not be an answer, says NHRC

In the wake of arrests of a few persons in Tamil Nadu for allegedly circulated rumours regarding CM J Jayalalithaa’s health status, NHRC chairperson Justice H L Dattu said arrest may not be an answer and there are other avenues for checking rumour-mongering.
