Rotary club organises annual children’s treat

Rotary Club of Calcutta on Sunday celebrated their 90 years-old flagship project Annual Children s Treat at Nicco Park with the underprivileged children from various NGOs of Kolkata.

“Every child deserves the best of everything so that they can deliver extraordinarily for themselves and for the country. Such initiatives give them inspiration and hope to live their lives to the fullest and not get lost as the obscure part of society,” Rotary Club of Kolkata President Ashok Basu said.

Annual children's treat like every year provided meals, free rides, grand tour of the park, lunch, band performance, magic show, gifts and many other incentives were showered upon the less privileged children. The kids were kept engaged with engrossing activities and lively exercises.
